Trade acquiring – paying the goods and services by payment card – in the last years is the most dynamic sector of card banking in Russia. More and more clients prefer to pay by payment cards choosing in advance the stores, restaurants, salons, travel agencies etc. which accept such way of payment. At the present every trade (service) enterprise needs along with the cash register an e-terminal for carrying out the transactions using bank cards of international payment systems such as MasterCard International, Visa International, Union Card. So using of acquiring by trade and service business helps to get more clients and gain a number of advantages over the competitors:

• Increasing of competitiveness of trade (service) business and trade turnover growth due to gaining new customersелей — holders of credit and settlement bank cards.
• Settlements using the bank cards are no longer than 10 seconds (in case of communication link of proper quality), that is much faster than settlements using cash.
