Additional service of electronic banking system iBank 2 is intended for rendering of services in preparation of client documents by the bank employees.
First of all the given service is focused on preparation of documents of the currency control which registration demands deep methodical knowledge from the corporate client and frequently presents essential difficulties.
The service «On-Line manager» is accessible to corporate clients in all basic modules of the system iBank 2 in Internet-Banking, RS-Banking, Mobile-Banking, Holding-Banking.
Preparation of documents is carried out by the bank employees for each client individually: the Client makes a new document, fills significant lines and transfers in the bank for the coordination. The employee of the bank definitively makes out the document and returns the prepared document to the client for the signature.
In practice the quantity of work cycles on the document on each party can be of any description. But the Client makes such preparatory document circulation final, definitively signing the document for the further execution with the Bank.
All documents prepared with Bank are signed with a bank employee EDS. Unsigned document cannot be delivered to the Client. All history of making and preparation of documents is saved in the system iBank 2 with employees of the corporate Client and Bank EDSs. It allows guaranteeing the authenticity of the documents which the Client receives.
