Salary project
The additional free service «Salary projects» allows simplifying work with the Bank within the limits of the Salary project. With use of the given functional the following things are possible:
• Automatic loading in Internet bank of employees lists with numbers of the card accounts served under the salary project.
• Automatic payment orders formation on funds transfer to employees and on payment of the commission to the Bank.
• Making, copying of registers on salary transfer and their sending to the Bank, by means of EDS signing.
• Carrying out of operations within the limits of the salary project without additional sending of registers on paper carriers and in the form of files to the Bank.
• Unloading of registers from 1Ń to Internet bank.
For salary accounting the corporate client forms and directs to the bank a statement about salary accounting. The salary will be distributed under the current accounts and cards of employees according to the current rules of salary distribution.
Simultaneously and together with statement about salary accounting two payment orders can automatically be formed and directed to the bank:
• For funds transfer for the salary.
• For funds transfer for commission payment.
On the bank party on each corporate client the rule setup of payment order formation is provided.
All documents of the salary project directed to the bank must be signed with corporate client EDS.
The additional service «Salary projects» of the system iBank 2 allows serving the organizations which have no settlement accounts in our bank. In this case at filling of the statement the organization specifies numbers and dates of payment orders with which the funds are transferred for the salary accounting and for commission payment.
