EVROPEISKY Bank undertakes to provide financial services of the highest quality to every one of its clients.
Clients are served during the bank's normal business hours, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays and days preceding holidays; the bank does not shut for lunch.
Operations are performed on the basis of current balances in clients' accounts, thus providing the fastest possible turnover of funds. Clients' accounts are debited on the current date, provided that payment orders are received within banking hours.
For our clients' convenience, special workstations are set up in the bank's lobby, where clients may prepare their cash and other payment orders or other text documents.
The bank's rates are devised with the utmost transparency so that clients can be fully advised of the cost of any service; they exclude any hidden pricing. When using normal tariffs, clients can reduce their banking costs in the following ways:
When performing RUR operations, each client of the bank has the services of a personal manager or, when performing international transactions, of a qualified employee of the Foreign Currency Operations Department.
Fees for making payments are charged to clients' accounts in accordance with the bank's current rates.
Payments are accepted in accordance with the established payment schedules.
