The bank “Evropeisky” undertakes to provide the top quality financial services for every customer!

The clients are served within the transaction time – from 9 to 16 o’clock from Monday to Friday without lunchtime break.

The transactions are executed on the assumption of current remains on the clients’ accounts that provides the higher speed of assets circulation. The cash assets are written off from the clients’ accounts by the present day in case the payment documents arrive within the transaction time.

For more convenience there are some working places specially equipped in the hall of the bank, where customers can prepare cash deposit notice, payment order and other text documents.

The table of tariffs is worked out for the clients to get clear awareness about the price of a certain service and avoid concealed pricing. Within the tariff plans there are the following ways of bank costs reducing:

  • Choosing the tariff plan “Evropeisky” (foreign currency turnover more than 10.000 US dollars a month) allows to keep an account free of commission.
  • Execution of currency transactions in US dollars by value date “tomorrow” - 20 US dollars regardless of amount of payment. The rest of transactions are performed by value date «today» due to the tariffs.
  • For US dollars currency transactions to the People’s Republic of China the unitary fixed transaction charge constitutes 10 US dollars (regardless the amount).
  • For payments in euros the indication of the option SHA in the field “Remittance and commission costs” of the Remittance statement allows to reduce the transaction commission costs by paying a commission according to the principle «every transaction participant pays only his bank costs».

Every customer of our bank is served by his own personal manager for transactions in rubles and by currency transaction specialist for foreign trade transactions.

The payment commission is written off in accordance with bank tariffs.

The payments are accepted due to the schedule of payments acceptance.
