05.03.2010  There are changes in a registration of payment order that took place after scheduled update of “iBank2” System: if the payment recipient is a natural person, the field “Identification Tax Payer Number” (ITPN) shall be inserted either with ITPN of the recipient or be empty (earlier it was necessary to put 0).

03.03.2010  Owing to a damage in the network of “Peterstar” operator, Main office phones 573900-573999 are temporarily unavailable. Please dial 9957xx (xx – are the last figures of the number).

16.02.2010  We are glad to remind you that on the 17th of 2010 we are regularly updating iBank2 System that let expanding its functionality. Because of updating, the work of “iBank2” System is temporarily interrupted from 17:00 on the 17th of February 2010. The System is functioning on the regular basis from the 18th of February. Our earnest request is not to try operating iBank2 System on the 17th of February from 17:00 till 24:00.

IMPORTANT!!! During the first connection with a bank after system update, DO NOT BREAK the connection in any circumstances, even if you think that the program buzzes. Let the program install all the updates and make any operations only after it shows the message about the necessity of mentioned operations to be carried out. Following these rules will help you avoid reinstallation of the program because of incorrect update.
