“Holding-Bank” extra service of “iBank2” System works in the unified documentary space, in unified EDS Clients’ keys, and in unified space of Clients’ reference-books. The document, created with the help of Internet-Banking, PC-Banking may be corrected and signed in “Holding-Bank”.

The main possibilities of extra service:

• Simultaneous work of the user with documents of several organizations,
• Simultaneous work of the user with reference-books of several organizations,
• Possibility of selective signature (visa) of documents of several organizations,
• Receipt of consolidated book-keeping on accounts of several organizations,
• Lack of necessity to “switch over” in-between organizations and to change diskettes with EDS keys.

To get linked to “Holding-Bank” service you need to create a couple of EDS keys and render a key certificate to a bank, after being signed and stamped by every company of your holding. Holding key certificate with signature right shall be registered on holding representative, which has signature right in all companies of the holding. Holding key certificate without signature right may be registered on any representative of the holding.
