Internet-Banking is the module that provides online work. To use the System, you need a modern computer with any operational system, any Web-browser and Internet access.
Internet-Banking provides guaranteed security level. All data are encoded with the help of cryptographic algorithms (“AGAVA-C 5.0” crypto library, certified by FSS of the RF), the control of transmitted data integrity is carried out. The System supports operating by unrestricted number of employees and Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) keys.
Significant advantage of “iBank2” System is single EDS keys to be used in all System modules. A couple of Client’s EDS keys may be created to work in Internet-Banking or PC-Banking modules, and further to be used both in Internet-Banking and PC-Banking.
United document space is not less important. Payment document may be created in Internet-Banking, corrected and signed by the first EDS in PC-Banking, and then again signed by the second EDS in Internet-Banking.
Internet-Banking provides with the functions of preliminary Client registration and creation of EDS keys, as far as keys’ management and printing out of certificates.
Internet-Banking for Corporate Clients
Internet-Banking takes into consideration all demands of the Bank of Russia and allows you to exchange all types of financial documents and letters with a Bank.
Internet-Banking includes reference-books of correspondents and beneficiaries that allow you quick and easy document creation. There is a possibility to copy existing documents in the newly created ones.
Internet-Banking for Corporate Clients provides functions of documentary exchange with accounting programs. All types of document import and export are supported through the exchange of text format files. The support of “1C-Accounting” is built in.
Internet-Banking provides flexible management of Client’s and its employees’ rights. The necessary number of EDS is programmed for every Client and every document type. 8 EDS groups are supported.
Internet-banking for private Clients
With the help of Internet-Banking for private Clients you may exchange different types of financial documents and e-mails with a Bank.
Internet banking for private Clients includes reference-books of correspondents and beneficiaries that allow you quick and easy ruble and currency transfer. There is a possibility to copy existing documents in the newly created ones.
Not to create the documentary form for every recipient with additional requisites (such as communal payments, cell bills), the module is equipped with payment mechanism.
How to become “Internet-Bank” user
1. It is necessary to sign “IBANK Client’s service agreement”.
2. To go through “Preliminary registration” in Internet-Bank system. In the end of the registration you are proposed to print out the certificate of open electronic key (EDS).
3. EDS key certificates and signed and stamped agreements are delivered to the bank PERSONALLY by companies’ directors or their empowered persons (it is necessary to have a passport).
4. Client keys are activated in the bank. The system is ready for use.
