Internet Banking is an online module. In order to work with the system, one needs any modern computer running under any operating system that has a web browser installed and has access to the internet.
Internet Banking assures the necessary level of security. All data is encrypted with the use of Russian algorithms contained in the AGAVA-S 5.0 cryptographic library certified by the Federal Security Service of Russia. The system monitors the integrity of transmitted data and supports an indefinite number of operators and EDS keys.
An important advantage of the iBank2 system is the use of the same EDS keys in all its modules.
The client’s keys may be generated in either the internet banking or PC banking module and then be used in them both. The unified document space is also important.
For instance, a payment document may be created in the internet banking module, edited and signed with the first EDS in PC banking and then signed with the second EDS back in internet banking.
The internet banking module has the built-in functions of the preliminary registration of clients, the generation of EDS keys, key management and the printing of certificates.
Internet banking for corporate clients
Internet banking was implemented so as to meet all the requirements of the Bank of Russia and it allows clients to exchange all and any financial documents and messages with the bank.
Internet banking contains the directories of correspondents and beneficiaries and allows the creation of new documents with sufficient simplicity and speed. It also allows copying of existing documents into new ones.
Internet banking for corporate clients has built-in functions for exchanging documents between accounting programs. Export and import of all kinds of documents effected through the exchange of text files is supported and the support if 1S Accounting is built in.
In addition, internet banking has the capability of managing the rights of clients and their employees flexibly. The required number of Electronic Digital Signatures for each document type is set up. The module supports up to 8 EDS groups.
Internet banking for individual clients
Internet banking for individual clients allows the exchange of various financial documents and electronic messages with the bank.
Internet banking for individual clients contains the directories of correspondents and beneficiaries allowing RUR and foreign currency money transfers to be carried out with sufficient simplicity and speed. Existing documents may be copied into new ones.
In order to avoid creating a separate document form for each recipient with different banking details, the module has a built-in mechanism for making such payments like, for instance, communal, to cellular operators, etc.
How to become an internet bank user
1.In order to begin working with the iBank2 system, one must sign a service agreement.
2.Then carry out ‘preliminary registration’ in the internet banking system. At the end of the registration a client is prompted to print out a certificate containing the Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) public key.
3.The CEO of the company or his appointee, must PERSONALLY deliver the signed and sealed agreements and EDS certificates to the bank (they must have their passports with them for this).
4.At the bank, clients' keys are activated after which the system may be used.
