Within the line of electronic banking products, proposed by CJSC ICB “EVROPEYSKIY”, there have appeared hardware crypto-driver USB-Token “iBank 2 Key” – radical security measure to counteract embezzlement of Client’s EDS keys. The main advantage is that the keys on USB-Token are impossible to copy. Therefore, the physical possession of a token by a Client guarantees that none can copy it.
In one compact plastic case (looks like usual USB-flashcard) USB-Token “iBank2Key” unites PC/SC-compatible USB-card reader and SIM-card on the basis of cryptographic microcontroller ST19NR66, produced by STMicroelectronics company.
Card operational system “Magistra” of the Russian producer CJSC “Terna SIS” is threaded by mask method into the microcontroller of SIM-card. There is a software mean of crypto informational defense “Cryptomodule-Ń” within the card operational system (producer CJSC “Terna SB”), certified by FSS of the RF according to KC2 class (certificate FSS of the RF, registration ¹ ŃŌ/114-1009 from 14.05.2007).
The main advantage of USB-Token “iBank2 Key” is a generation of Client’s EDS according to GOST P34.10-2001 immediately inside token’s SIM-card.
Electronic document comes into USB-Token, and EDS under the documents goes out of USB-Token (generation time in a token is less than 0.5 seconds). At that, EDS secret key is generated by a token itself when being initialized, and is saved in secured token memory and never can by read by anyone from a token in any circumstances.
USB-Token operation is provided for the following desk-top platforms: Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista, Linux, Apple (MAC OS).
USB-Token support is built in the Client’s modules of Internet-Banking and PC-Banking (for corporate and private Clients), Multiclient (“Holding-Bank” extra service) on-line and off-line.
One USB-Token may keep up to 64 secret EDS keys, support saving and work of different responsible employees of different corporate Clients, as far as of private Clients, served in different banks with different samples of iBank2 System.
