New personal accounts are opened by Personal Banking Department at the head office.

To complete identity check a set of documents has to be provided in person:

Passport or an equivalent primary identification document as per current legislation guidelines;

Signature card;

Power of Attorney for a 3^rd person account management (if required, authorized by the bank or a public notary);

Tax file number (if available);

Other documents may be requested in accordance with current legislation guidelines or account management agreement.

New or updated passports and other identification documents have to be provided to the bank along with signing an updated signature card.
