About Telecard
TELECARD SYSTEM
Using the telephone of GSM standard TeleCard system allows you, as a holder of bank cards, which are emitted by the EVROPEISKY Investment Commercial Bank, to check efficiently the balances of your card accounts and control operations performed with their bank cards.
TELECARD SYSTEM gives the following services:
- Notifications of cardholders of all spending operations performed on their card accounts;
- At the cardholder’s request, to receive information about the current status of his or her bank cards, including balances, daily withdrawal limits and status (blocked/unblocked);
- At their request, cardholders can receive mini-statements containing information about the last five operations on their card account;
- At their request, cardholders can receive about the last operation on their card account;
- Establishing, at the cardholders' requests, daily withdrawal limits;
- At the cardholder’s request, temporarily blocking or unblocking bank cards;
- At the cardholder’s request, temporarily suspending or resuming the sending of notifications by the TeleCard system.
When registering with the TeleCard system, the bank's cardholders receive access codes. The system can only be accessed from registered phone numbers, which are indicated in applications for connection to the TeleCard system.
If a cardholder has several bank cards, including additional ones, he or she may receive information about operations on all those cards, regardless of the names they were issued to. Information about operations performed using these cards can be only received through the phone number of the account owner.
TeleCard services are provided through specific SMS message formats sent to account owners. These services are paid for according to current rates.

PAYment service of telecard system
TeleCard system gives the opportunity to pay services of phone operators, NTV+, Yandex. Money.
For payment you need to do the following:

Card code is formed from VISA, MC types of card and the last four figures of the card. Information about a card code is contained in the instruction, issued with the given service.

2. After that the Bank will send you a message for confirmation of payment of the following format:

3. to complete the procedure of payment you need to send a message, containing the received code of confirmation to service centre phones: +79037976222 (for all) +79169126372 (ÌÒS) +79032287482 (BeeLine) +79262942051 (Megafon).

4. If the payment is completed correctly, you will get the standard message of TeleCard system about charge-off from client’s card.
