3. Earned interest may be withdrawn at any time; funds withdrawal before maturity is not allowed.

4. In case of early termination interest is withheld and recalculated using current transaction account interest rates.

5. Customers may request a free Visa or Mastercard debit card when opening a deposit. The debit card has no annual fees; other charges may be payable in accordance with the current Schedule of Fees.

6. Term deposits opened under this offer are not renewable.

7. Deposits under this offer are accepted till January 31st, 2009.
