The bank offers fast and reliable money transfers all over the world via the Western Union payment system–without the need to open an account. You can receive your money in a few minutes after it is sent in more than 200 countries and territories of the world at any of 235 000 Western Union offices. It depends on the hours Western Union offices are opened and accounting for time zone differences.

Payments may be carried out only in USD or RUR. Money transfer operations performed by individuals must not be connected with their commercial activities. In compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation, individuals making money transfers must produce personal identification documents.
A resident individual may transfer money to foreign recipients, residents or non-residents of Russia, including transfers to his own or other resident's or non-residents' accounts opened with banks outside the Russian Federation, in amounts equivalent to no more than 5,000.00 USD per a day, according to the exchange rate established on the date of transfer by the Bank of Russia.
There is no need to produce documents identifying the origins of the foreign currency amounts being transferred. However, as is provided for in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Article 23 of the Federal Law No. 173 FZ, the bank as a currency control agent may require and receive documents and information pertaining to foreign currency operations.
Since 15 July, 2009 were imposed new rates for international money transfers, sent via Western Union system from Russia to the countries of near abroad, such as Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.

For amounts over RUR 175,000.00 sent to the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mongolia, Macao and Vietnam RUR 500.00 is added to the sending fee for each subsequent amount of RUR 50,000.00.
